Interests

Besides my family and teaching, my interests include the "Culture of Digitality" (Felix Stalder), Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Psychology, and the "Learning Organization" (Peter Senge).

Vision & Values

The urge to always look behind the obvious and get to the bottom of things, and to always find a structured approach to sustainable, holistic solutions, was already ingrained in me through my physics studies. With growing social and economic challenges, especially accelerating technological change, education has become the central element of successful, sustainable personal development. The classic education system must evolve from pure knowledge transfer to competency development ("4K"). Modern education concepts such as Dalton pedagogy, "Deeper Learning" and others show the way.
